Don't Let Last Year's Gaps Follow Your Child Into September
This summer is your chance to close the distance — before a new teacher, a new grade, and new material make it even harder to catch up.
"What am I missing? Why is this still so hard?"
You're not failing. Your child just needs the right kind of consistent support.
The school year ends. The gaps don't.
Your child worked hard this year — and still came away with holes in their understanding. Maybe it was math that never quite clicked. Maybe reading comprehension fell behind. Maybe the year was just hard, and now summer feels like borrowed time.
"You're thinking: if I don't do something this summer, September is going to be even harder."
You're right to think that. Research consistently shows that learning gaps compound — a shaky foundation in one grade makes the next grade harder. Summer is genuinely the best window to close that gap before a new teacher, new material, and new expectations arrive.
But you also can't be your child's tutor, motivator, and homework coach all summer. That's not sustainable, and it shouldn't be your job.
We've helped hundreds of families close exactly this gap.
Camp Homework matches students with the same expert tutor every session — someone who learns how your child thinks, where they get stuck, and how to keep them moving forward. Not a rotating instructor. Not an app. A real relationship with a real educator.
We specialize in exactly what you need most right now: catching up on the subjects that slipped, building the confidence to show up to September ready — and taking the nightly homework battle completely off your plate.
"M. feels it really helped improve his understanding of the concepts and of course his overall marks. Thank you for the great teaching."
"N. started out resistant, thinking he didn't need tutoring. Now he signs on with absolutely no complaint and tells me it's helping."
Three steps to a stronger September
Simple, clear, and built around your child — not our schedule.
Free Assessment Session
We sit down with your child to identify exactly where the gaps are — which concepts didn't stick and which subjects need the most attention before September. You get a clear picture, no guessing.
Personalized Tutor Match
We match your child with an expert tutor based on grade level, subjects, and how they learn. Same tutor, every single session. Your child builds trust — and that's when real progress happens.
Sessions Start — Gaps Close
Two live online sessions per week. Real homework help. Monthly progress updates emailed to you. Your child walks into September knowing they're prepared — and you get your evenings back.
No commitment. The assessment is yours to keep — even if you don't continue. Valued at $50.

Picture the first week of school in September.
Your child walks in having actually worked through last year's gaps — not just moved past them. They know the material. They're not bracing for September to expose what they don't know. And you didn't spend your whole summer being their tutor, coach, and homework referee.
Gaps actually closed
Targeted sessions address the specific concepts your child missed — not just general review.
Confidence rebuilt
Kids who understand the material show up differently — more willing to try, less afraid to be wrong.
Peaceful evenings
No more homework battles. No more 9 PM tears over algebra. Your family gets summer back.
A relationship, not a transaction
The same tutor builds real trust with your child — so they actually show up and engage.
Summer without a plan isn't really a break.
For a student already carrying gaps from the school year, an unstructured summer is usually a setback — not a rest. Here's what the research (and most parents) already know:
What families are saying
"L. just loves it! I emailed three different tutors through the school and not one got back to me. Camp Homework was the complete opposite."
"Both E. and I appreciate your calming, encouraging demeanor. I think that goes a long way toward ensuring her success."
"The tutors are wonderful and I am grateful for the support they give A. Thanks for all your help."
"We've really enjoyed the program and working with you all. Seems like A. is enjoying it too — which was the hard part at first."
Your 10% off is waiting.
Partner school families pay $225/month instead of $250 — and $25 of every payment goes directly back to your school. To unlock this, you'll need your school's partner code.
Start with a free assessment. No commitment required.
The assessment session (normally $50) is completely free for partner school families. We'll identify exactly where your child's gaps are and give you a clear plan — whether you continue with us or not.
Everything you're probably wondering
What happens at the free assessment?
An expert tutor meets with your child in a live online session to assess where they are in their core subjects, identify the specific gaps from the school year, and get a sense of how they learn best. You'll get a clear summary and recommended plan — whether you continue with us or not. The session normally costs $50 and is free for partner school families.
How does the 10% partner discount work?
When you sign up using your school's partner code, your monthly rate is locked at $225/month instead of $250. This discount applies every month for as long as your child stays enrolled with Camp Homework. Important: the discount is tied to continuous enrollment — if you cancel and re-enroll later, the $225 rate would not be guaranteed.
How does my enrollment help my school?
$25 from every monthly enrollment fee goes directly to your school — automatically, every month you're enrolled. The school receives this as a monthly donation without any action required from you. The longer students stay enrolled, the more the school benefits.
What if my child tries it and doesn't like it?
We offer a 7-day risk-free trial. If it's not the right fit within the first 7 days, cancel with no questions asked and no charge. The free assessment is yours to keep regardless. After the trial period, you can cancel any month — there's no long-term contract.
Will my child always have the same tutor?
Yes — that's a core part of how Camp Homework works. Relationship continuity is what makes tutoring actually effective. Your child's tutor will get to know how they think, where they get stuck, and what keeps them motivated. We only change tutors if there's a very specific reason and you request it.
My child is resistant to tutoring. Will this work?
This is one of the most common things we hear — and one of the most common things that changes. As Heather W. told us: "He started out resistant, thinking he didn't need tutoring. Now he signs on with absolutely no complaint." The consistency and relationship with the same tutor is usually what shifts this. The free assessment is also a low-pressure way to try without committing.
What subjects do you cover?
Math, Reading, Writing, and Science for grades K–12. The assessment will identify which subject or combination of subjects your child needs most, and sessions are tailored from there. If your child needs help across multiple subjects, we'll build a plan that covers them all.
What if I pause or cancel and then want to come back?
You're always welcome to re-enroll. However, the 10% partner discount ($225/month rate) is available only to families who maintain continuous enrollment. If you cancel and return later, re-enrollment would be at the standard $250/month rate. We recommend pausing rather than canceling if you're unsure, as pausing preserves your locked rate.
